Precision Medicine Takes Time
Menopause is not a single event—it is a transition that affects hormones, metabolism, cardiovascular risk, bone health, and overall quality of life. Optimizing health during this stage requires more than symptom management; it requires time, monitoring, and a thoughtful, individualized approach.
At PrecisionMedMD, we offer two tiers of menopause-focused health optimization, allowing patients to choose the level of care that best fits their goals and readiness.
Two Tiers of Care
Tier One is a 6-month program designed as an introduction to optimizing health in menopause and perimenopause. It provides structured, physician-led care with focused evaluation, education, and targeted treatment.
Tier Two is a 12-month comprehensive program that is more inclusive and more intensive, with expanded monitoring, additional visits, and deeper optimization. Details of the 12-month program are available on our Services page.

What's Not Included in Tier One
Cost of laboratory tests
Hormones and medications
**You can ask your primary doctor to request the lab tests that are necessary (advanced lipid panel, electrolytes, hormone levels, etc) as determined from our first visit in an attempt to have insurance cover the cost. Bring them to the second visit. PrecisionMedMD does not accept insurance. The cost of the laboratory tests is discounted compared to insurance costs if done at Labcorp with a pre-paid request from PrecisionMedMD. There is no upcharge to you from our office.
Tier Two: 12-Month Comprehensive Optimization Program
Our 12-month program is more comprehensive and more inclusive, offering deeper monitoring, expanded testing, and ongoing optimization throughout the year. It is designed for patients who want the most thorough, long-term preventive and optimization approach.
Hormone and cardiometabolic health optimization is a gradual process. It can take 12 months to reach and maintain ideal balance.
This year-long structure allows for:
- Safe dose titration and ongoing lab monitoring
- Metabolic and body composition tracking
- Lifestyle habit building and long-term results
After the first year, you can choose to transition into a maintenance membership at a lower cost, with less frequent lab monitoring and visit requirements.
What's Not Included
Medications are not included and will be billed separately by the pharmacy based on your individualized prescription needs.
Advanced labs are not included but can be added for a discounted fee.

Every patient is unique.
If you already have recent laboratory results from your primary care physician or another provider, I'll review them during your consultation whenever possible. Additional testing may be recommended based on your symptoms, medical history, and goals.
Insurance often does not cover all of the specialized laboratory studies used in menopause and cardiometabolic risk assessment. To help reduce costs, PrecisionMedMD has discounted cash pricing with Labcorp. These savings are passed directly to patients — I do not mark up laboratory fees.
My recommendations are based on your health — not financial relationships.
At PrecisionMedMD, every recommendation I make is based solely on what I believe is best for your health, not on product sales or referral incentives.
No membership fees
You pay only for the visits you need.
No medications dispensed in the office
If medication is recommended, your prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.
No supplements sold in the office
If I recommend a supplement, you are free to purchase it wherever you prefer.
No financial relationships with pharmacies or manufacturers
I do not receive commissions, incentives, or compensation from pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, or supplement manufacturers for prescribing medications or recommending products.
Transparent laboratory pricing
If additional laboratory testing is needed, I can arrange discounted cash pricing through Labcorp. These discounted rates are passed directly to you at cost — I do not add any markup.
My recommendations are never influenced by medication sales, supplement sales, or financial incentives. My responsibility is to provide independent, evidence-based medical care tailored to your individual needs.
Ready to schedule your consultation?
My only priority is recommending the treatment plan I believe is most appropriate for your health, based on the best available evidence and your individual goals.
